It is with great sadness, and on Monty’s behalf, that we share the news of Shirley’s passing. She slipped away peacefully Thursday, July 23, 2026 in hospital after a short stay.
Shirley, together with Monty, was a devoted and regular rallier with Wiltshire and Upper Thames. They rarely missed a rally unless they were away enjoying one of their many coach holidays. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and constant presence made her a much‑loved part of our community.
She will be deeply missed by us all.
On behalf of Monty, Shirley’s funeral will take place on Monday 17th August at 1.30pm at West Wiltshire crematorium BA14 6HL
