BBQs and Fire safety – for all rally officers

In line with the UK government’s ban on the sale of disposable BBQs, we are introducing an immediate, Club-wide ban on their use. This ban covers the Club’s campsite network, CLs, and all temporary sites (rallies) until further notice.  Please see additional information attached. FIRE-SAFETY.pdf

DONT LEAVE IT TOO LATE TO BOOK!

To ensure we support our volunteer rally officers please don’t leave booking onto rallies until the last minute, as some venues require confirmation weeks in advance of the actual date. If the required numbers are not achieved to make the event viable then unfortunately it will get cancelled. Thank you!
