Summer Solstice – Brassknocker Basin
Why not come and celebrate the summer solstice with us at Knockerbury. The summer solstice is the sun’s longest visit of the year – the day lingers in the sky the longest, before beginning its slow journey towards shorter days. We will have festival vibes throughout the week.
On Saturday evening we hope to hold a festival to celebrate all the traditions of summer solstice, if possible let your inner hippy free as the songs of the 60’s said “If you are going to Knockerberry Opps San Francisco be sure to wear some flowers in your hair you’re gonna meet some gentle people there”.
For those staying on longer there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, whether it is walking, cycling, paddleboarding, retail therapy or Bath’s historic past enjoying time from the Romans to the present day, or maybe take a trip further afield to see our many other attractions.
