RIAT 2026 – FAIRFORD – FIGHTER MEET
We return to College Farm at Whelford for the Royal International Air Tattoo.
RIAT 2026 will see the arrival of ‘Fighter Meet’. It will spotlight a century of air-to-air combat aircraft, from classic warbirds to cutting edge modern fighters. The skies above Gloucestershire will thunder and rumble!
It will be 30 years since RIAT was granted ROYAL status, and hopefully we will see planes used in Royal Flight VIP duties.
All flying can be seen from the site. Show is approx. 20 minutes’ walk from the site.
Friday will see approx. 4hrs flying displays, with Saturday and Sunday planned as full 7 hour flying days – weather permitting, so it won’t be a quiet weekend!
The rally will be open on Wednesday for you to come and relax and watch the arrival of aircraft in readiness for the show at the weekend.
SHOW TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE – NO DAY TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
ALL CARAVANS/MOTORHOMES MUST BE ON SITE ON FRIDAY – NO SATURDAY ARRIVALS – WEEKEND RALLIERS WELCOME

Directions: From Cirencester, take A417 to Fairford. Turn right at first crossroads on entering Fairford, into Horcott Road, sp. Whelford/Kempsford. Site on left in approx. 1 mile.
From Lechlade: take A417 and turn left at signpost marked Whelford Kempsford, immediately past the Thornhill Service Station. Turn right in centre of Whelford village into Horcott Road. Site will be on your right on a left hand bend.
