Chairman's Farewell Rally - October 2020 - 01 February 2020

At the Chairman's farewell rally it is hoped that an evening of suspense and mystery will occur as we have been informed a Murder will most likely occur. Your help is needed to solve this mystery and bring the murderer to justice. To help you with this task we invite you to a feast comprising of a three course meal served to your table with a champagne and canapes reception on arrival. A professional team will guide us through the mystery. Please let us know of any dietry requirements especially dairy.

To achieve this we need a minimum of 50 people with a full payment of £46/head to cover the social and hall to be paid by 15th June.

Unfortunately if we do not achieve the numbers by this date then we will have to downsize to a mystery set by ourselves and the new pricing will be advised to you then. The murder mystery is not recommended for children under 14, or with parent guidance.

Full details are also under the "Rallies" section, but early booking is needed if this exciting event is to take place.

Committee Vacancy - 08 January 2020

It is with regret that we announce the resignation of Mrs Jan Palmer from Committee for personal reasons. We would like to record our thanks for the work she has done whilst being a part of the Committee

This leaves a vacancy on the Committee, if anyone would like to be considered for co-option to Committee please contact either the Chairman or the Secretary

A full Committee is an essential element for the smooth running of the Centre, so a volunteer would be greatly appreciated.

Revised Rally Booking Forms - 26 November 2019

The Rally Booking Form has been revised to include a section to indicate if any member of a rallier’s family holds a "Blue Badge", as, given that information, Rally Officers can pre-plan where members will be sited. This may, on some sites, assist such members and make their rallying experience that much more enjoyable. It must be accepted however, that on some sites it is not possible to make any significant allowance for such members.

Members NOT holding a "Blue Badge" may wish to continue to use existing booking forms until their stock has been used, holders of such a badge may wish to commence using the new forms with immediate effect.

The Committee would be pleased to hear of any further ideas that could enhance the rallying experience of those with mobility, or other, issues.

New versions are available to download here : Rally Booking Forms

We are also now required to publish the Terms and Conditions that apply to each and every Rally Booking. These terms and conditions can be viewed/downloaded here : Terms and Conditions. This document is in PDF format.

Should any members have any questions regarding these changes, please contact the Secretary.
